Does the Devil Really Stand Next to Us and Temp Us?

I know some pretty dangerous people where I live. I am a single mother with a teenage son who likes to party and smoke marijuana. I usually drop my son off on the south west side of town. At this house some family members of the Hell's Angel motorcycle gang hang out. They do not dress in colors, they just visit their friends and hang out and drink and party.

I usually have to drive and pick up my 17 year old son because he doesn't have a driver's license yet. This usually happens on Friday night or Saturday morning. But we have all become acquaintances. One person in particular is pretty aggressive with trying to hook up with women. Marlin may possibly be a small time drug dealer who comes in and out of the house trying to hook up with women or trying to sell his pot.

Just last Saturday I brought my daughter Christina who is with me to pick up my son. The teenagers were all hanging out on the couch watching TV. Beer cans were scattered all over the coffee table with the smell of cigarette ashes radiating though the air. Marlin is a handsome 27 something, with black hair. He is short in stature and has hazel brown eyes that reflect a blackness from them. He hits on me a lot also, but I know how he is. So I brush his advances off.
As I was picking up my son, Christina my daughter, pulled me aside and said she saw Lucifer standing next to Marlin. I asked her what he was doing she said she saw him patting Marlin on the back and saying good job. At the time Lucifer was saying good job, Marlin I heard from some other teenagers he had just sold some pot.

We quickly left the residence and as we were driving home the road was snow packed and it was a cold 10 degrees outside. Suddenly, I saw a grey wolf run up to my car. I swerved the car to avoid collision and the wolf almost caused me to drive off the road. We live in a town of 350,000 people so grey wolves haven't been here for years. I know that Lucifer is around Marlin and possibly the grey wolf is a sign. I do not hang out with the party house, I just simply pick up my son. Me and my daughter Chrisitina feel Lucifer is haunting Marlin. I tried to tell Marlin about the evil that he is doing and Lucifer is around him saying "good job." But Marlin just thinks that I am crazy, that's what some of the teenagers in that house say.

Its been over a year and I heard Marlin doesn't go to the house anymore. I wonder if Lucifer does stand by drug dealers and possibly there are family curses with these evil people. I heard Marlin's dad is really crazy and now is sick. Possibly these families are cursed that are drug dealers, gang members or Hell's Angels. The reason I state this is my daughter saw Lucifer following Marlin. Marlin continues to do evil acts along with his family members.

The Roots of all Vampires and Werewolves

According to all my historical findings and deeper analysis, I find a very complex source of knowledge in the making such mythological creatures, vampires and werewolves. I must inform you this firstly, you must know clearly what is the meaning of a mental condition called paranoia.

Secondly, what is the nature of a well balanced human from the first stages of growth to the adult stages as a gentleman or lady like in manners from inside the soul. I gather this can be a questionable puzzle to some of you, but in simpler terms it is about your knowledge of what it's like to be passionately in love and be your self as a wholesome being on your feet.

For further talent in examining such paranormal stories, you may have a better time if you know Pagan values principally more deeply than just in images, as well as Aristocratic idealism from diction to technical knowledge of what makes a Deity by earth terms firstly. Why do I say this? Because there is a combination of technical energies linked to yin and yang that interconnect a major role in the making of such fearsome beings in addition to the genetic attributes.

Although such paranormal creatures were often known to be uneducated in specific technical source knowledge, sometimes room for such privilege could very well have been available much more widely than humans could think.

A tale is a tale, true or untrue, and I know this for a fact, in no way will you ever know the truth about the making of such vampire and werewolf supernatural beings if you only use a genetic basis. Find out for yourself a source of mind expansion through what top universities know about psychokinesis and substances involved in such practice hypothetically.

If you'd care to elaborate on this paranormal subject on vampires and werewolves, please do not hesitate to remit your inquiry to my commentary.

A Ouija Board Killed My Best Friend

The 13th of September 1993, I remember that day and will never forget it. I was 15 then, now I am 31. That day I went to school excited and happy because I would of seen my best friend; I met up with her outside the school gates and we went into our first lesson. We were so excited because we were going to meet a pair of boys who we met from a band, they seemed so nice and stunning. We couldn't wait to meet them that night. School finished and we raced home to get changed, it took us like forever to get ready, we wanted to make ourselves look stunning.

Later that night we met them and we got drunk off a few brews and we hung out for a while. They asked if we wanted to go back to their place and me and my best friend Stacey agreed. They had a car so we got in the car and drove to the middle of nowhere where this little cottage was, it looked actually creepy. but I wasn't bothered because I was drunk and I'm never bothered of anything when I'm drunk.

Carl said "I want to show you something." Carl and David took us down in the basement of this little cottage. I thought he was going to try it on with me but I agreed to follow him. There were candles ready and all I saw was this board in the middle of an old wooden table with candles everywhere. I asked, "What's this?" He went, "If you loved me you will play it with me." Stacey and I sat down on the floor and looked at it. I said, "So what is it?" He said, "It's cool. It's all about spirits and ghosts and stuff." I got scared because I heard about this board but had never actually seen it but I agreed to go along with it.

We sat around and held hands. Carl let out a big laugh and I said, "This is a joke isn't it?" He said, "No, honestly just sit down and play." David said these words in a different language and I looked at him in a sarcastic way laughing at him thinking, they are just messing around. But then pointer flew to hello. I jumped to fright and I tried to leave. Carl jumped up and tried to calm me down but I wouldn't accept it. I tried to walk up the basement stairs and I remember he was saying we have only just started just see how it goes.

I sat back down, all I felt was a drift of cold go across my back since I had only my little flower top on. Carl asked a question saying 'What's your name?', the pointer flew to the letters D-L-K-E-R. We all froze staring at each other. I said, "What a name, dlker." Joking, Stacey asked 'How old are you?' it flew to the words I-H-A-T-E-Y-O-U-B-I-T-C-H. I laughed and said now you's are joking around now everyone.

Stacey asked 'are you going to hurt anyone?' It said Y-E-S-Y-O-U. She asked 'is anyone going to die here?' It said Y-E-S-Y-O-U. Stacey laughed and we got bored so we closed the game by saying a prayer but that's when everything went wrong...

A candle got thrown at me when I was walking up the stairs and I was last. I ran and Carl grabbed me and said, "It's alright, everything is fine. It will wear off soon." I sat down with fright on the bench and he lit the fire with some coal. I was so shocked I went white. I felt a big draft over my back and I felt like someone was watching me from every corner of the room. I cuddled into Carl and Stacey was making out with David on the sofa, she wasn't bothered one bit even though it said she was going to die.

Later on it was about 10:00 pm that night and we had to be home by midnight. Everyone decided to play again apart from me. I sat out watching them. They all closed their eyes and I felt so scared for them. Carl asked 'Are you a human?' It replied N-O. Stacey replied 'So what are you then?' It replied I-H-A-T-E-Y-O-U-B-I-T-C-H-I-M-G-O-I-N-G-T-O-K-I-L-L-Y-O-U. Stacey screamed and I jumped up. What? Her nose was bleeding! She was crying and she ran up the basement stairs. I ran after her and the basement door shut. We both screamed and fell. Carl and David got a fright too. We managed to kick the door through and run, we both were so scared. Carl and David ran with us and gave us a lift to my place. We kept our mouths shut. I had to clean up Stacey at my house and Carl said he wouldn't go back to his home he was going to stay at David's for a while until he found a house. We thought it was best to end our relationship as it wasn't the best date I have had.

A couple of days later I kept having a dream every night of a black figure standing at the bottom of my bed, it kept saying 'Stacey.' I don't know why Stacey, but a month later I told Stacey about this dream I was having every night of a black figure. She said, "Well that's weird." I went back to sleep that night and woke up with someone saying my name this time in a loud whisper. I look to the bottom of my bed and saw a black figure looking at me. I couldn't see its face. I just saw the outline but the body colored in black. I screamed so loud and I ran into my moms bed. I went back to sleep with a whisper in my dream and I saw Stacey get killed by this black figure with a long sword. I woke up again crying in my mothers bed. Later that morning I went to meet Stacey at the field were I normally met her but she wasn't there.

I Got to the road and then I froze with shock. I couldn't move! I stood there for a whole five minutes somebody said just staring with shock. My best friend who I knew since I was five years old was lying there on the road dead. She got knocked over. I still cry to this day, I suffer depression and I take a lot of medication and still have nightmares, its the most horrible thing ever!

All I have to say to children and adults is please don't play with an Ouija board, nobody knows how dangerous it is until they try it that's why I suggest you don't play it. I lost my best friend through it and if I hadn't played it she would probably still be here to this day. Please be careful what you do, it doesn't matter if someone calls you a wimp at least your not the one who's going to suffer. Please take my advise thank you for listening to my story, it is true, believe what you want.

R.I.P. Stacey your in a better place now you will always still be my best friend for life you were too good for Earth, God only takes the best. I love you.

I am an Experienced Vampire

Let me start with this, I don't and will never care if you believe me or not, I have had many people not believe me over the years and it gets very tiring. I am about 300 or so years old, I was born in Europe during the very late 1600's. Things to know about Vampires in general.

1) I am not evil, I don't kill humans, I use donor blood

2) I don't need blood every day, every 3 or so days I need about a cup of blood to stay strong

3) Sunlight will not kill me, it just gets in my eyes a lot, and irritates me.

4) Once we are "turned" we will stay at that age forever, unless rarely there are those who can alter their appearance

5) A lot of vampires can't "change/turn" people voluntarily, I have a choice when I bite, It comes with my age, I don't do it in evil, if they want to be a vampire then they have to prove to me that they are worthy

6) I am immortal, Time stopped for me a long time ago when I was 30, I can only die by select means, Silver or crosses are not one of them

7) I don't hate humans with a passion, I merely dislike your kind, most humans are ignorant and some are bad hearted, but not all of you are evil by any means

8) I can live off of animals, it is not my choice, they aren't very good to eat, but if I must

9) I do need food and drink to stay alive, much like anyone, but not even close to the amount you need

10) I have no real super powers, I can't shoot laser beams or anything like that, I do have enhanced abilities such as speed and strength. to an extent, I can influence peoples minds to make me seem invisible to them, and change my age appearance, that just comes with age, our abilities increase over the years

11) Finally it was never my choice to be turned, I was attacked, It is a hard existence for me, every one I know will die but I will remain, The clock has stopped for me

I am telling you this to broaden your mind, I am tired of hiding, people need to know, We aren't all evil, we are misunderstood, even so I don't really care, It may seem cruel but I have little to no real emotions anymore, It has become bland to me, I am grateful I still know love, I am trying to get you to understand that anything thats unfamiliar is not bad, just new. Have a nice day, May life treat you all well.

Attacked by Mysterious Entity

This is an account of what happened to myself and others. I have no proof or evidence to back up what I say so make of this what you will. First of all I am not a writer so spelling and punctuation is going to be all over the place.

I am a 37 year old male from Australia. I am a machinist by trade and have been working in heavy industry for 20 years. I have worked in many mining towns over the country and currently run a machine shop that builds drill rigs, our company drills for minerals in six countries. I'm telling you this so you understand that I'm a very grounded, responsible man who is not easily rattled. As I say I run a machine shop in a very hard industry that a lot of people cant cope with. I am writing this mainly because I've told only one person about this and I tend to stay clear of this particular subject so again make of it what you will.

About seven years ago my younger brother (by eight years) moved into a large apartment/flat with a guy he grew up with and another guy and his girlfriend who I'd only known for about six months. The flat had three bedrooms and was on the third floor of a five story complex, it was about a 15 minute walk to the beach in a well known suburb so the first time I visited him I was reasonably impressed and happy that he had a decent place to live as we were all originally from a poorer suburb.

I visited the next week and the girl (I don't want to use names) was telling us about her hair being touched or pulled, I cant remember the exact details as we were drinking and smoking pot not to excess but just a normal get together and just blamed the weed had a laugh and didn't say anymore about it.

Two weeks later I got a call from my brother asking if I would come around to help move furniture with my car, it was a ford Ute or pick up. When I arrived he told me that the girl had moved out the previous night. I asked why and he said something about an argument with her boyfriend. She said someone was touching her stuff, things going missing and she was also pissed because he didn't believe her about her hair being touched or pulled. But we didn't know that until later we just thought it was a standard break up.

A week later the boyfriend moved out to be with a girlfriend and another person who is a close friend moved in so my car was needed once again to move furniture. About two weeks later I visited again and we had some drinks went to the beach and later that evening friend 'A' started telling me that he'd seen something on more than one occasion. Because we were drinking I thought he was having a bit of a joke but he swore blind he saw something like an outline of a shadow or something like that. I think he then said "like in Predator when its invisible its blurry when it moves." I laughed and called him a dick head and told him its probably headlights from traffic as they were on a busy road. He said I was probably right and nothing more was said about it.

I was back a week later and the subject came up again. Now friend 'A' is swearing blind he saw something again so I started laughing at him again telling him to lay off the weed. Then friend 'B' said he thinks he saw something also. I didn't believe them and thought they were having a laugh at my expense. I told them again about car headlights bouncing off signs and reflecting through the window so he then got me to follow him to his room. He had aluminum foil on the window of his room and a fabric snake that stopped light getting in under the gap between the door and the floor it was completely dark. Then they both told me they had been sitting in that room a night or two before and saw something. I said bullshit because I was older than them and thought there must be a logical reason so they asked me to sit in the room with them that night. As I had to work I couldn't but set it up for the weekend.

There were about eight people the night I went back and my brother told me he had seen it also. My brother didn't believe them so agreed to sit in the room with them. He told me the three of them were sitting either side of bed one in bed smoking pot waiting to see something. He said friend 'A' yelled "there it is" and he swears he saw something. I asked what they did and he told me they started asking it to come back offering it bongs asking it to lift things up basically annoying it according to my brother and his friends, nothing happened they got bored and went back to what they were doing. This happened two nights before I was there.

So this is what I saw there were four of us one on the bed the others on either side. I was on the left my brother to my left and friend 'B' on the right. We started calling at whatever they saw calling it names telling it to do something and nothing happened so we sat there talking between ourselves and taunting it for about a hour, then friend 'A' handed me a joint (I had not smoked weed that day) and he lay back down on the bed. I asked for a light, my brother to my left carries a Zippo and as he lit it the bed moved like some one was getting in or out of the bed really fast sort of jumping. I felt it because I was turned with my back against the bed. Anyway I lit the joint, looked up at my brother and saw a look I've never seen before on his face. I turned to the bed to see what he was looking at and the bed jumped again. I saw friend 'A' get pushed into the bed and held down. You could see him sinking into the mattress. I jumped up in a panic and screamed at my brother to turn on the light as he was closest to the door. He just stood there lighter still on. The guy on the bed started making choking sounds and the guy on the right was trying to get him up. He yelled at me to help so I grabbed him by the arm. I could feel something pushing him down (I saw him the next day and he had bruises around his neck) .

Meanwhile my brother burnt his thumb from the lighter, ran to the light switch, turned it on and the thing let go. We all ran as fast as we could to the car park. Friend 'A' was ok, shaken up but not hurt. None of us wanted to step foot in there again but we left our keys, wallets and money so all of us had to go back. Nothing happened and my brother and I went back the next day to pick up his stuff, again nothing happened but I was scared to death. We never really talked about we decided it wasn't worth the ridicule when people asked why they moved out they said they were evicted for noise. I've still never seen a ghost and don't really want to. I don't claim to know anything about this subject but whatever it was knew exactly what it was doing.

How To Summon Things from Other Worlds

I am a twelve year old girl who uses the nickname X-ra, and I can summon things from other worlds. Some people can do this, some can not.

My favorite summon is Sora from Kingdom Hearts, and I made a fan character for the game so thats who he sees me as. There are limits to who you can summon here they are:

-They cannot be real people like a human being.
-They have to be fake like in a cartoon or video game such as Spongebob Squarepants or Arieth from Final Fantasy.

They also can touch or move things in this world:

-They can pick you up and people see you floating.
-They can work electronics example.
-Sora's used my phone to text my friends.

There are also certain things that happen when you summon:

-You can talk to them telepathically, you do not have to speak out loud to them though you can if you wanted to.
-You and your summon share a space within your mind where you can do actions that you'd rather not do in front of everybody like kiss or hug.
-Recently, I've discovered that if you do something like go to the world they came from or change the way you look like change into a animal, a second you appears and does what you would do, so basically you have a clone that does stuff for you while you go run off and play.

If your still reading and interested in try this out for yourself, here's how you do it:

-Think of the person you want to summon.
-Remember every detail of that person.
-Think of arms grabbing onto that person and bringing them to you and focus on bringing.
-Once you feel warmth next to you, look, they might be there.

My friends have tried and some couldn't do it then one felt the warmth but couldn't see their summon. If you have this problem keep practicing. At one point you may lose this power, then you have to start the process over again. You are able to send your summon away if you want. Soon you'll be able to summon them easily, just like I can. And soon, your summon can come whenever they want, and can leave whenever they want.

I hope you can do this too!

Confused About Who I Am

I only read a little bit of one of the articles just to figure myself out. When I was in the third grade I came close to willing to actually bite someone (I know I sound like a freak, but I just want to get everything off of my chest). One of the only things that stopped me was a friend of mine, since she said my eyes were redder than my hair. “Really, that’s flippin awesome!” Was the first thing to come out of my mouth, but then she said that my eyes went back to there usual color (well my eye colors change by the type of mood that I’m in so I don’t know if they turned green or blue). That is what started the whole thing.

Throughout time, it started to get harder for me to eat normal food and would make me feel sick and weak, but when I ate red meat (like it said in the article) I felt better and more satisfied. Later on in my life, I started to get a really good sense of smell, sharp hearing, and can catch details very well. People also started to comment on the way I looked, even though I usually didn’t get ready for school until a quarter of an hour before it started. People always say that I’m beautiful, (I’m really sorry for sounding as if I’m bragging, I’m just throwing out all of the stupid details to get my point across) but they never seem to see past that.

I start to burn when I’m outside for about 10 minutes, but I think that anyone who has fair skin would, and I don’t really like the smell of garlic, but I’m not going to die if I eat it (I hope at least). I sound really crazy saying this as well, (I guess that I might as well say it since I already said all of these crazy things already) but I can see into people, not like read there mind and control them like off of TV (though that would be kind of fun to try). It’s more like I can see past them, into their hearts. It’s easy to see if they are honest or not, or to see if they are hiding something. Sometimes I can hear what they are thinking, but it usually happens during a conversation or when they are to simple minded and get there feelings mixed in with there thoughts. I also can see something while I daydream in class, and it plays out later on in time, like a deja vu (I don’t think that I spelt that right) just that it didn’t happen in the past when I saw it. I guess that there is a fifth dimension. Well that’s enough for the crazy talk about “powers”, though I can’t even control them and they make me exhausted.

Well if you thought that was the end of what I had to say, here’s more. I did some family history to prove me being a vampire was apart of my stupid imagination, but what I found proved my imagination right, though it was only on my dad’s side of the family. It talked about how we were known as phantoms, or had god like appearances, blah blah blah, and the fact that I can smell blood easily doesn’t help me prove myself wrong either.

I did more research on vampires (now I am really going insane) and learned that vampires age slowly, and then thought about how my dad is in his sixties and he still is as strong and handsome as a twenty year old.

So I got myself more confused and ended up on this website at the very end, so I want to hear from you guys. If you think If you agree with me being a leach, then please let me know, and if you think that I lost my head, then please tell me as well. If you think that I’m stupid just because I suck at spelling, well then that will have to be your own problem.

Looking at the Clouds Above

I would not really call this a ghost story. Honestly I do not know what to call it. Lets just say I will let you be the judge... My name is Nicole, I live in Sumter, South Carolina with many of my relatives. For the most part I have had a pretty normal childhood. I have seen ghosts before but always thought to myself as it being a childhood thing. This was just a normal day.

It just finished raining and my dad always walked around. So the rest of the family for some reason decided to join him that is when we noticed him staring off into the sky... we drew our attention to whatever it was that he too was looking at and there it was... an image of a smiley face. I know you are thinking of an abnormal cloud.. No... this was a perfect smiley face with a crown on its head... everyone of us were in complete shock. It was as if somebody pasted it there... astonished and in silence we regrouped and headed home... right there beside our house above in the sky was an image of a perfect drawn angel with the fairest skin I have ever seen. It had one leg up and had an arrow drawn with tight curls... my sister quickly ran into the house to get a camera../ that when it all started is seemed as if someone started a slide show... images one after the other begin to appear... it was a man that came up and he was laying down leaning on his arm for support looking down at us his eyes moved looking each of us up and down he begin to speak but his words were unheard a white dove flew across his face and this bright light shown a above and the words LR appeared then thunder roared and the clouds turned a misty grey and dark purple clouds arose a ship sailing on clouds approached with black shadowy figures and off in the distance bright lights shown as another ship approached with angels on it then a lady appeared wearing biblical clothing she was holding a hymn book form which she was singing... at least that what she reenacted a hole appeared under her which she was snatched through the skin for a moment turned pitch black and satans face covered that portion of the sky our family begun to pray as I cried along with my nephew... then Noah's ark appeared and you could see animals literally entering the ship and you could hear the animal noises like the lion roaring off in a distance... not one car moved down our street nor was anybody on the street home... our neighborhood seemed vacant... just us... the images stopped and we all entered my home shaken up I mean what did this all mean... I was fifteen then... and I am eighteen now near graduating and getting married to my high school sweetheart.... and I still have not found answers to what me and my family saw why were we the only ones to encounter this and as for those pictures just complete blanks... from now til the day I close my eyes permanently I will remember the day I decided never to look up again.

If any of you reading this have ever encountered this or knows someone who has please feel free to comment. It will be greatly appreciated.

I Was Fined for Hopping on a Cow

My name is Laquisha and the following story is one of my past experiences. On a cool night back in California, I was sitting on a beach. As I looked out into the ocean, a thick cloud of fog rolled in, blocking my vision from anything near me. Then I heard the voice of a child whispering my name.

I looked everywhere trying to find the child who was lost in the fog. Then, the fog thinned enough for me to see a pale, sickly child crawling towards me. He lifted his head and stared at me for a moment before getting to his feet. He slowly stepped closer to me with his hand stretched toward me calling my name once again.

I quickly turned the other way and made a mad dash toward the city. But then, my asthma kicked in and I could run no further. Then I realized I was suddenly near a bunch of cattle. I sighed, "Wheeeoooww. I think I lost him." So I hopped on a cow and dashed towards the city because I couldn't breath.

I went to the nearest police station and told them of my experience. They thought I was on drugs and kept me there for testing. Turns out I wasn't on any drugs so they couldn't keep me there, but they gave me a big fine for taking a cow.

To this day, I still don't know what I saw on that beach: Was it really a ghost, or was is just some creepy kid that needed my help in the fog? The world may never know...

Glowing Red Stuff in My Brain

I was in my room sleeping and I woke up at exactly 4:05 am then I saw something at the edge of my bed. It was pale and had big black eyes. I screamed but something covered my mouth. It was another alien. Then a beam came from the ceiling and I fell asleep.

I woke up unable to move. I felt bloated as if I had just ate a whole thanksgiving meal by myself. I went to the bathroom, did my business and had some breakfast after that. I thought I just had a horrible dream. Then I made myself upstairs and found some sort of tool on the floor. It looked like a knife with duct tape and a broken pair of scissors on it. I don't know what it was but it was glowing. I grabbed it and showed it to my friends.

So far I have had many experiences. I'm in a mental institution now because no one believed me.

ALIENS ARE REAL! If you meet one look them straight in the eye and they will run off like a pack of stray wolves. At least that's what I did before they gave me a shot and put glowing red stuff in my brain. Now I have short term memory loss and my doctors have no idea why because I'm as healthy as a horse.

Bizzare Object in the Grass

I was the age of about fourteen when mowing the grass one Summer day. When I came upon this one spot in the yard that the lawn mower stalled. So thinking the grass being a bit tall caused it I pulled the mower back a bit, pulled the rope and proceeded over the same spot when it stalled again. So I tried one more time only to get the same result.

I thought it to be kind of odd for the mower to keep stalling in the same identical spot since the grass around this area had already been knocked down. So I started examining the ground I was trying to mow.

I noticed something white was showing so I reached down and pulled this strange object from the ground. It had the texture of a mushroom, and was about the diameter of a 33 rpm record. It was flat on the bottom and approximately a inch and half thick through the center and narrowed outward to the edge. It had these strange antennas that was kind of the texture of a thin vine that made a circle at the end very much like a vine when it grows around something. The best I can recollect it had four of these. I assumed it was a flying object but thought it was kind of odd being so small and made of such natural earthly material.

I don't know how it kept causing the lawn mower to stall but that is what brought it to my attention. I showed it to my mother and tossed into the woods next to our house.

A few weeks later we were telling my father about it and he said that he would like to see it. His reply was I don't know what it is but it looks like you've killed it.

I suppose I could probably go back and pull it out of the woods again I don't Know. But I've never seen nor heard of anything like that since.

Horrific Sequence of Events Surrounding Callies Death

After seeing the recent film 'paranormal activity' I have been inspired to tell you my story about the girl I love. I am going to tell you about the horrific sequence of events that surrounded my girlfriend Callie's death. Callie was beautiful and kind, but a little dim, bless her. We lived together in a small cottage in the outer Hebrides, we were blissfully happy. Planning to wed and to have many children one day.

One day we were eating dinner sausage and mash I was digging in but I noticed that Callie hadn't touched her dinner I asked her what was wrong she shrugged then whispered, 'someone is watching us' I laughed thinking she was joking. She looked hurt I dropped it. later we were on the sofa and heard a crash in the kitchen, the kettle had fallen off the counter Callie screamed. over the next few weeks small things happened my watch went missing, our car keys also were gone, Callie steadily got more anxious one night she asked, 'Graeme, do you believe in ghosts?' I knew this question was coming, I felt it building, I shrugged but secretly I did, damn it I knew. Callie started to cry, 'They are watching me, they are here, oh my God, they'll kill you' I was totally freaked out I told her to calm down she was screaming, I was totally freaked out, Callie was crazy, I knew it I told her to go to bed, she went up and I followed her later that night.

I woke up, Callie wasn't in bed I thought nothing of it, she was probably making tea or something, I tried to get back to sleep but something felt wrong, I got up and went down stairs all the lights were on and Callie was standing in the centre of the room facing me, tears streamed her face her eyes were red and bloodshot, she looked mad, I grabbed the phone, she needed help, psychiatric help, 'PUT IT DOWN GREAME!' I shook my head, she lunged towards me, she had a knife, I leapt out the way WTF! I thought, she ran towards me but tripped over and fell, she drove the knife into herself, she let out a beautiful gasp, and she was gone. This is a difficult story to tell you, I feel I have to tell you this reader. This next part you wont believe, trust me I do not tell a lie.

I ran out of the kitchen sobbing, I needed to get out but I couldn't leave my beautiful Callie I walked back in and she was gone, Callie? Callie? I screamed it until my throat felt raw, she was gone, how could this happen I watched her draw her last breath I saw the blood pouring from her cold cold body, there was no trace of blood on the floor, had I dreamt this? had I dreamt of Callie? was I the mad one and not Callie? I sat on the floor where she had lain and I heard a slow intake of breath behind me a spun around no one was there, then I heard it, I heard Callie, 'they'll come, they'll come and we will be reunited...in hell' did I dream this? it was the middle of the night. I was tired.

The police never found her body as far as they are concerned she ran away, she never died, but I knew. I knew we would be reunited one day and a pray everyday it wont be in hell, but heaven.

I am Indeed a Vampire

I am indeed a vampire. You may not believe I am or want to believe it but I am and that’s all that matters. I myself do not understand the ingesting of blood but your theory does make sense in some ways. Why I am replying is to clear some things up.

1) I do not hate humans. Yes, I may dislike a few of them but that’s not because I’m vampire it’s because they are unpleasant people to be around.

2) I do not live only off of blood. My digestive system is different but not to the point where I can’t have food or water. I still need to eat but I can live only off of blood for a long period of time if needed.

3) I am not evil. I can walk into a church and not “burn” In fact I am a very spiritual person.

4) I do not kill or hurt people when I feed. I live by a rule where I ask before I feed. If they say no then that’s okay with me.

5) I HATE Twilight. Yes twilight is associated heavily with vampires now and it seriously irks me. Sure we can go out in the sunlight but that doesn’t mean we magically sparkle. I applaud Stephanie Meyers however for having a large amount of creativity.

6) My thirst doesn’t make my throat “Burn.” It has much the same effect as if you didn’t have water a few days.

7) I do not change people. This however can vary between vampires I do not go around changing random people and make armies of newborns.

I do not have a “virus” or “sickness”. The cause of the change is through a venom that is found in our saliva.

9) I can live off of animal blood. It isn’t as satisfying but I don’t have to drink from humans though the thought of slaughtering a small bunny makes me sick to my stomach. I’d rather have a willing human than a dead animal.

10) I do not have superhuman abilities. In a sense no I do not have superhuman abilities I am stronger than most people though today's humans are mostly weak little couch potatoes. As a vampire I can go through bursts of energy similar to a humans adrenaline rush, the only difference is that I can choose when to go through these bursts of energy.

11) I don’t bite when I feed. Yes I could if I wanted but it would be a lot messier than a small cut.

Well that took longer than I thought. Anyway I hope that cleared up a bit of your confusion and if not at least you have a bit of trivia on vampires.

Chased by an Evil Ghost

I was thirteen at the time. I was at my best friends house. It was Me, (I am not going to use my friends real names because they really don't want me to so I am sorry!) Rose, Becca, and Alice. Well we were all hanging out at Alice's house we were going to stay the night.

Well Alice lives next to this old house where a man went insane. Thinking that the walls of the house were breathing and that voices were coming from furniture. One night he was taking a bath and he thought the water turned into blood. Well he couldn't take it anymore so he ran and jumped off a bridge and killed himself. No one ever moved back into the house.

Well me and my friends were bored out of our minds. Alice's mother and brother weren't supposed to be back until eight o'clock that night. So we decided to play hide and seek. Me and Alice were counting and our rules are you can hide anywhere. No sooner than me and Alice were done counting than Rose and Becca come bursting in the back door screaming! Then an overwhelming feeling of sorrow and pain came over the house. "What did you do?" Alice and I screamed. "W...We went into that haunted house. The back door was open so we went in. And someone yelled "GET OUT" so we ran," said Rose.

Well Me, Alice and Rose had always been a little more sensitive to ghosts and spirits (I live next to a graveyard and we have all seen ghosts and spirits). We could feel something evil in the house. It was down stairs in her brothers room. We all went down there to try to get it out of the house. We all prayed well that just made it mad. It chased us so we ran outside. It was still after us so we ran back inside to get some salt and make a protective circle. Only before we could the ghost over took Alice. Alice dropped to the floor. Rose and Becca dragged her into the bathroom while I grabbed the salt. I took off my silver necklace (Silver and salt can keep ghosts away and protect you) and put it on Alice. I spread salt every where in the bathroom (That was the smallest room and would be the fastest room to clean up before her mom got home!) Then I put the salt all over Alice and we prayed. Then there was a calm feeling around the house and Alice woke up. She was fine and so were we. We cleaned up every thing before her mom or brother got home. We never told anyone not even Alice's mom. That spirit has never bothered us again.

Thanks for reading and comments appreciated!

Was I Bitten by a Vampire?

I was sleeping with my ex a couple months ago, and we just got done making out. He bit my neck hard and I thought he was just being sexy but it hurt a lot. So I pushed him off and told him to stop. But my neck was bleeding just a little bit. So I went to sleep.

The next morning I had to go home. I walked home and I had a horrible migraine. And I didn't even want to keep my eyes open because it hurt really bad. Like needles in the back of my eyes.

When I got home I went to look in the mirror at the scratch over my neck. It wasn't like 2 bite marks it was just a scratch from where his tooth scratched deep over my skin. I was pale, and I didn't feel good at all. So I laid down. My mom walked in and noticed I didn't look well and she tried to give me some medicine but I didn't even feel like swallowing it, so I didn't even bother trying to.

I got up the next night actually and I went to the bathroom. (I always sing when I'm walking around my house) but when I tried to talk it was like a different voice. I glanced in the mirror and I was way pale, and my eyes were blood shot. I called my ex the next morning and asked him if he was sick or anything or if he had something I should know about. He said he was a vampire. Which I thought was a joke so I hung up on him not finding that funny. I thought I was deathly ill. But then I kept remembering how he hated light, always nibbled, he was fast, and he was strong. I passed those things over though.

I didn't know if I should believe him until he showed up at my house that night. He told me he was a vampire, and he wasn't joking but I still told him it wasn't funny. He told me that night he was glad I pushed him off before he actually bit me. Little did he know it was too late.

Later that month I started changing more. Paler, faster, craving blood. I never could run during the day because my ankle would sprain, but at night I run faster than usual.

I broke up with him just not too long ago. I can't forgive what he's done.

Being a vampire isn't what it's played up to be. You can't go in light for very long, it's hard to keep friends, and it's hard to do anything really.

I know it sounds hard to believe me. I didn't believe myself. I'm not 100% sure I am a vampire. That's why I posted this. I can tell you I'm fast, pale, I have a white ring around my iris, and I hate the light.

Bizarre Paranormal Activity

Micah, a day-trader, and Katie, a college student are a young couple "engaged to be engaged". Katie claims that a ghostly entity has haunted her since her youth and believes the ghost has followed her to their two-story tract house in suburban San Diego, California. Micah buys a video camera in the hopes of capturing paranormal activity on film, a project that will ultimately last three weeks.

During a visit to their house, Dr. Fredrichs, a self-professed psychic, assesses that they are being plagued by a demon which feeds off "negative energy" and is intent on haunting Katie no matter where she goes. Dr. Fredrichs also recommends the two contact Dr. Abrams, a demonologist, and Micah's reluctance to do so leads to frequent arguments between the couple.

Each night, Micah leaves the video camera on a tripod in their bedroom to record whatever might be occurring while he and Katie sleep. He manages to document several phenomena such as objects moving on their own, lights and televisions switching on and off, and sounds ranging from voices and growls to footsteps and loud thuds. The strange occurrences in the middle of the night soon involve Katie awakening to spend several hours standing by the bed and staring at a sleeping Micah, and going outside to sit on the backyard swing - behavior which she does not remember the following morning.

Katie, already irritated by Micah's making light of the situation, becomes further infuriated when Micah brings home a Ouija board, despite Dr. Fredrichs strongly discouraging any attempt to communicate with the entity. While the two are out of the house, a wind blows through the living room and the Ouija board's planchette moves on its own before a small fire erupts and extinguishes on the board. Later, inhuman footprints are left in baby powder placed on the hallway floor by Micah. In the attic, Micah finds a charred photograph of a young Katie previously thought to have been destroyed completely in a house fire. The next night, the bedroom door slams itself shut and is violently knocked and banged upon from the other side. Dr. Abrams is abroad when Micah finally agrees to invite him, so Dr. Fredrichs agrees to make a second house call. However, Dr. Fredrichs immediately has a sense of foreboding upon entering their home, and apologetically leaves despite Katie and Micah's desperate pleas for him to stay and help.

That night, Katie is forcibly dragged out of bed and down the hallway by an invisible force. Hearing her screams, Micah gives chase and wrestles her away, and Katie emerges from the struggle with a gruesome bite mark on her back. Stressed and exhausted, the couple decide to go to a hotel room. That day, a glass picture frame breaks and the portrait inside becomes scratched. Micah later finds Katie gripping a crucifix so tightly that it bloodies her palm. Just as Micah is set to leave, a suddenly calm Katie insists they instead remain at the house.

That night, Katie awakens to once again stare at a sleeping Micah for several hours. She then goes down the stairs into the darkness and begins screaming. Micah wakes up and runs to her aid, and the camera can only see the bedroom and dark hallway as it records what sounds like a struggle upon his arrival downstairs. Micah and Katie's screams suddenly stop, and the brief silence is followed by the sound of heavy footsteps coming up the stairs. Micah is suddenly hurled at the camera, knocking it over. Katie slowly walks into view, her clothing covered in blood. She crouches to sniff at Micah's lifeless body, then smiles at the camera before lunging toward it as the screen cuts to black. An ending title card states that Micah's body was discovered days later by the police, and Katie's whereabouts remain unknown.

True story.

Born a Vampire

Someone who is born a Vampire is not a fiction or corrupted ideas from "Hollywood". I will add, that many legends have their root based on a truth. From the time of a Vampire’s birth, a Vampire is a target  for the good or bad, from both worlds, the natural that we know and can see with our naked eyes on earth, and the supernatural that we cannot see behind the curtain of the natural world.

A Vampire goes through many or a few paranormal experiences that are not caused intentionally, such as some people, who open the doors of demons activities by practicing witchcraft and so on. Vampire’s go through extreme social abuses, from their infancy to the later as adults and for the rest of their life. It could be abuses from family members, people who demonstrate extreme envy and jealousy towards Vampires, being beat up by kids in schools, in the work environments, etc. and being abused in all areas of life in all shapes and forms by any one. The opposite applies at the same time, where some people gravitated towards a Vampires all the time, showing favoritism, friendship, love, curiosity, positive social relations etc.

Vampires can go through many career change, or not, and or never stay in one place or country for too long, have difficulty to find a loving stable relationship, because regular people cannot reach the level of their values, based on their wisdom, their spirituality or faith, the way they see things, (usually a Vampire needs the same amount of spiritual wisdom from a partner, showing loyalty and dedication as well and who they can trust with their life) or they will move on.

A Vampire has extreme loyalty, passion, devotion, been seen in their ways as eccentric or different in their body languages and verbal ways of expressing themselves. Vampires are emotionally profound, warriors in all area of life, forgiving regular humans showing patience as much as they can, but does not tolerate been exploited, insulted, lied to (because a Vampire knows when someone lies ), and will definitely go on their loner ways if things don't change with immature people that are weak in the flesh of their actions and thoughts.

A Vampire, is not someone that shows off, but who stays hidden and low key towards the world as much as possible. A Vampire is not someone who tries to impress any one, because any one, are 80% impressed by them, in a good way, or bad way. A Vampire gets very sick, when not eating red meat, and a lots of it, to sustain basic bodily functions. Vampires are never satisfied when it comes to regular foods, until they eat the raw red meat , then their body stop the cravings.

A Vampire, can choose which side to take, God’s ways or Evil ways, and in either case, are a target for both supernatural worlds. A Vampire who has true knowledge about God, risks his or her life, deviating towards a path of evil ways. Vampires indeed, are special, but there is a price to pay by being one. It take a very long time for a Vampire to figure him or her self out. A Vampire has a soul, in search who wants to search all their life the purpose of their life. A Vampire's love does not start in the flesh as physical sexual need, but in their soul without touching. On the opposite, A Vampire who does not love, will only satisfy a (sexual physical need).

Vampires do not get attached but to a very few people going through their path, because they find most regular people totally boring, with the same boring agendas, no spiritual wisdom what so ever, no purpose in most regular peoples life. The opposite of this, is a Vampire who is faithless, and will be socially extremely active so to satisfy their evil ways and agendas.

A Vampire is not someone who pretends, they are what they are. Vampires, are night souls, with different type of beauties not necessarily what the society portrait as beauty. Regular people would approach a Vampire, with curiosity, knowing that something is different about this person, making small talk and asking questions, with much curiosity in their eyes.

A Vampire does not age as fast as others, and also gets very sick or not healthy at all, when eating regular people foods. A Vampire does better with mostly a meat based diet, sadly, because some Vampires, actually hate the idea of killing animals and become vegetarians. Vampires experience paranormal activities, they are gifted, can feel presences or situations in advance, not at all times but most of the time.

Vampires, who have chosen the path of God’s ways, are amazing to be around with, but a regular human who even come to recognize a Vampires worth needs to cope with all that comes in the personality, ways, and looks, of a Vampire. If a Vampire says, "I am a Vampire" and express their true identities and ways, most regular people will look at them like they need to be in a mental hospital. Therefore, I have said only to one person, what I am, who I have loved dearly, and yet, not knowing the next chapter in the decision of his free will, because one God’s perfection I understand, is free will, to be used for good or evil, a given choice, that could be used for the good only.

Many dream of meeting a Vampire, you may have met one, or not, but if you have enough knowledge, and stay mentally alert, with a genuine interest, you will recognize a Vampire in true. Regular people have a soul, and Vampires have a soul as well, who are used as messengers on this earth. A Vampire's biochemistry is surely different, then regular people, indirect attraction towards blood, and much more, but a Vampire is a gentle beast, when approached the right way.

When a soul reaches divine maturity Vampires have similar, regular human traits, but are so different in so many ways. A Vampire will always look onto regular people with a curious look on their face, and will be more attentive in what you have to say. A Vampire is more forgiving, within limits given a chance, due to the fact that their divine maturity was reached at the time of their infancies, while most regular people need a life time to figure wisdom out, and are driven mostly by their poor desires in the flesh. You will never know, the identity of a Vampire, unless they find you special enough, to reveal the truth about them self.

The Green Monkey

See this started when I went to Nevada I think I was about 11 when it happened.

Anyways I was with my mom shopping I didn't want to go shopping but she did (she made me go with her.) So while we were shopping she spotted something that she wanted (she likes funny stuffed animals and nick-knacks.) She made me go see it to it was a green monkey with cotton inside it.

The minute I saw it I did not like it. It had a weird smile but she really wanted it. I didn't think it would bother me. Well we spent our time in Nevada at my moms best friends house then we went home.

I sleep in my room it feels really scary also I believe in ghosts my room is another story send comments if you want to hear about it. Anyways I started sleeping in the living room alone my mom put the green monkey in the living room because she wanted visitors to see it. When I was trying to sleep in the living room I felt like I was being watched like in my room. So I looked around and I saw the monkey staring at me I really hate being stared at so I turned the monkey around so it was staring at the wall. The next morning it was staring at me again but closer it was just a few feet away from me.

I asked my mom but she did not do anything my brother was 3 at the time and he couldn't reach that high.So I was freaked out.

The next time it happened was close to my birthday I was sitting down watching TV when I saw the monkey it was on the chair right across from me I was sitting on the couch and it was just staring at me. Of course my mom and brother did not touch it.

I was really freaked out by now by the monkey of course this time I was 12 I was just outside and was going to play the video game in my house and in the living room. Just as I was playing I saw it behind the chair, again I was sitting on the couch. It was creepier this time though I could only see half of it the other half was hidden by the chair. Like I said I hate being watched and this the final straw so I put it in a jar and closed the lid and threw it away. My mom forgot about it anyways so she did not care. I thought it was over.

This is the last time but the scariest. See my grandparents live next to us in a house right. I visit there often but this one time I was asked to get something out of the closet at my grandparents house this is when I was 13 now I went to the closet and opened it and I couldn't believe it the green cotton filled monkey in a jar was inside the closet. I remember throwing it away in my house and my grandparents did not get it I was so shocked and scared so I acted on instinct I picked it up (it was still in a jar) and threw it in a nearby dumpster right when the dumpster truck was coming I remember seeing the monkey in the jar going inside the dumpster truck.

Well that's the last time I saw it.Its almost my birthday maybe it might come back I hope not it was scary beyond belief. I still feel eyes watching me in the living room and in my room. Well that's the end comment if you want to hear more stories from me.

I am Part Vampire

Okay. I didn’t read Do Vampires Exist?, but I have a few things to say about Vampires.

1. Vampires do exist. They have some powers, speed, mind reading and so on.

2. They are not all gorgeous. Though there it is hard not to like them, they have their own beauty, a special kind that can and may draw others in.

3. Not all drink human blood. There are some, example Edward Cullen that drink animal blood and animal blood only.

4. No name up there (Do Vampires Exist? story), I think it is just a fake that is looking to scare a bunch of people.

5. Vampires can eat normal food. Trust me, the guys can be some pretty big pigs when it comes to that.

6. I myself am a part vampire. I have trouble sleeping at night, it calls to me. I don’t need blood, but the thirst for it is unbarring, but only when I see it. I am partly allergic to the sun. I DON’T SPARKLE. I get bumps all over my arms when I am in it.

I know real vampires, and they are really nice, and some will not harm you, I also know real lycans, well one of y best friends is half. AND WE DON’T FIGHT. Him and I, both being half of “rival” groups don’t fight, hell we help each other out a lot.

So really, people should just leave us vampires alone. Yes they exist, no you will not tell us apart from other people. Yes we have gorgeous eyes, full vampires have cold skin. And so on and so forth.

Any questions, I will do my best to answer. But please, leave the vampires alone, they want to be normal, some had no choice of changing, just treat them like everyone else, they like that.

One last thing. Just because they sound cool doesn’t mean you want to be one, there are things about vampires that are not good.

The thirst, the wanting so bad to drink human blood, having trouble not killing the people you love. Living forever isn’t as nice as it seems, things get old, you lose people you care about and if you do become a vampire, you need to leave the people you love or they will find out and who knows what they will do.

Be careful what you wish for, things aren’t always what they seem. Remember that.

I am an Adapting Sanguinarian

Well, I guess it’s relatively safe for me to admit that I am an adapting sanguinarian, or at least that is what I’m classified as according to a vampire support page.

To be honest, the changing was horrible, it took place during my mid to late teen years. I thought it was some neurological/mental thing going on, but luckily it was not the case.

I blamed low melanin levels for my pale skin, weird grey eyes, uber sensitivity to sunlight or any sharp light, and the fact that I burn easily in a very short amount of time. I even though that I had a mild sun allergy (though I used to be a beach baby, now I don’t dare,)

As for my constant hunger, tiredness, migraines, muscle cramps, etc… Well, I though it was because I may have an Iron or some other type of vitamin/mineral/supplement deficiency. Turns out it wasn’t the case, according to my doc. I was healthy, they just assumed it might be due to somekind of virus or sleep deprivation (since I don’t sleep a lot. I don’t need a lot of sleep. I struggle falling asleep at night, even when I am really tired. Insomniac? Maybe.)

So they gave me supposed treatment which did not help.

I feed (for lack of a better word) on prana/life force either by psychic methods (other’s emotions, their energy, thunderstorms, etc) or via the purest form of prana, blood. Though the latter is extremely difficult to come by. Sadly. for me. and not sadly. Mixed feelings about that.

My so-called abilities are: dreams that foretell, precognition, clairaudience, clairsentience, seeing the spiritual world, sensing emotions, empath, knowing what’s going on in the mind of the person I am draining energy from (reading their minds, if you will, ), influencing other’s thoughts and influencing equipment (like lights, computers, etc) etc.. I must add that some I have no specific control over, just mildly. But when I am on an extreme energy low or high, or have a specific overpowering emotion (like anger) it gets extremely intense. I recently caused my PC and laptop to malfunction, my room’s bulbs to fail and some other instances. I can name more or go into detail of some if you wish,

I must, however, add that everyone is capable of doing these things. Not just human vampires.

So I have no disease, I’m not mentally unstable, my IQ, as tested when I was 17, is between 145-150.

I’ve never been normal (though, what is normal? Everyone feels this way I guess), always thought differently, did things differently, perceived things differently, had a different sense of style, was always said that I seem way more older than my physical body because of the way I act and think, I am odd-looking, etc..

Now, many other, err, normal people are or was also in the same boat as me. I’m just saying these things as it may be of relevance and it may not be. I don’t know.

I wish I knew why some of us are this way?

Is it because of somekind of recessive gene that only appear in some generations?

Is it because of demonic activity in early childhood? (I think I had Incubus incidents as a little girl. It happened when I was alone, locked up in my room and even when my family was at home. I’m an extremely light sleeper, always was, and the slightest noise would wake me. During these activities, I never woke, only shortly after.)

But why? I have been looking for answers for four years and my own conclusions are similar to Alpha’s. Though I still feel there’s more.

Alpha, do you think you’ll be able to shed some light on my situation?

If you would like to know more, please ask. I have typed this in a hurry as I am on my way out.

Thank you.

Vampires and Bardionan Magick

As I have posted before on sleep paralysis and other topics, I am a “closet’ magician of many years and have much experience with entities. I am not claiming to be better or more knowledgeable than anyone else, (that is pointless really), but I do have much experience that you can take or leave as you desire.

Vampires very much do exist. I have never known or encountered a Hollywood version of them though. They are entities that are (sometimes) sentient and self aware, occasionally very intelligent, cunning and creative. And some, less so. But they ALL share the same basic fundamental need and thirst for life force, energy.

Vampires very often start out as thought forms, they are the strong passions of repeated thought and feelings of people. Also in Bardionan Magick known as phantasms. What makes a vampire real, is that they are able to self evolve and become self aware. since they do not have a soul, a fountain of everflowing life force and energy to sustain them like a human, they must passively or aggressively absorb that life force from living creatures.

In renaissance times the blood was considered the life force of the body, but in actual fact the vampire’s lust for blood is really a lust for the life force and energy it needs to survive. So, these psychic creatures drain the living of their vital force, this may sound like a fantastic fairy tale, but I can assure you, it is not. If a vampire is powerful enough, or there are enough of them in a family, they can actually cause a physical death. In my career as a magician, I have only seen this happen once when I was very young. Perhaps a story for another time.

The image you saw, I believe I can offer you an explanation. It was most likely a phantasmal force, the vampire has the ability to implant images into the optical region of your neurons, and create a hallucination effect that you see with your eyes. Similar to recalling pink elephants under hypnosis. the vampires hallucination does not make it any less real, it was most likely very much there as you saw it, but unless it had tapped the brainwaves of others they would not have perceived it, except through maybe an eerie feeling or a cold chill.

Because the vampire is an astral creature by nature it is able to fly, take on any form it wishes, implant suggestive thoughts and create visual and auditory hallucination as it desires.

Some vampires are human beings that have deceased and become trapped on a astral level that their spiritual progress is stopped to the point of becoming part of the dimension they occupy. This is a very sad case indeed. Vampires are considered evil because they steal life. But know this, they do it because it is instinctual and they must in order to survive, some are extremely malicious and evil, you may even be able to classify them as demons, but not all vampires are evil, some are simply trying to survive.

I hope this helps friend

Sleep Paralysis and Succubus Possession

To whom that could help me, This may not sound like a ghost story, which I hope it's not cause if it is then perhaps I'm in some deep grave. I've been suffering from what seems to be sleep paralysis but I fear that it could be more than just normal blockage of nerves to rest my limbs during sleep.

I've been reading some the articles related to sleep paralysis on this website. I'm a bit reluctant to accept this but there are some or many similarities of my sleep paralysis experiences with the "unusual" sleep paralysis I've came across in this website.

I'm hearing noises, speeches of foreign language, glass breaking screams, whispers of incomprehensible words during my sleep. I'll wake up when it becomes to unbearable but of course my limbs will defy my commands and not moving a inch. My voice will be lost as if my throat is blocked not allowing anything but air to move in and out.

Most of the time I'll have to purge my entire strength just to open my eyes and when I do it would seem to a different atmosphere overall. Not sure how to describe it but it's not my room, except of course my mattress below. I would feel as if the air itself is too heavy for my body as if trying to keep me still. Also, at times I could feel hands touching and caressing me. Sticks or cane of which I'm not sure poking my chest or stomach. But nevertheless, there are times of which I'll experience sensual sleep paralysis which once turned into a scary experience for myself and my fiancée.

On this particular night, I went to sleep earlier as I was tired from my gym workout and my fiancée was in the hall watching a movie. It was approximately 2 am (later told by my fiancée) that she heard me moaning in pleasure and after few second of listening it got louder than it should (me being alone). She hurried to see what has happened and slapped by mistress of shock when she saw me naked (we always sleep naked) with an erection moving my body as if I was getting "it" ). But to her dismay and horror all of a sudden my body began to vibrate in spasm like manner and ejaculating liquids of semen at least three times more than I normally do but at that I was moaning more in pain rather than pleasure and my body which arched upwards fell abruptly on the mattress. I gained consciousness after a brief moment but I felt all my energy been drain out of my body. I was so thirsty that my fiancée fed me 8 jugs of water continuously.

We decided to see a shaman (my fiancée's idea) who confirmed that I was possessed by a succubus. The shaman said he could put a barrier around but not sure how effective it will be. It worked well, at least till now but the other voices and images that I see during the paralysis state still there. According to the Shaman, those are the sins of my ancestors which is for me to bear. Besides, some of them are strong enough to destroy the Shaman himself if he ever tries to mess with them.

I've been going around trying to solve but always met with a dead end. The most terrifying thing is that the images are getting clearer and the screams, shouts, whispers are getting louder. I've seen a guy dressed in some ancient Indian war cloth to midgets with sharp claws. I'm still suffering from this disease almost all nights most of which unpleasant and in need of help from those who knows what can I do to stop this or where I could go to end it. Thank You and Regards Ashuran

How Does a Vampire Ingest Blood?

I am no vampire, yet I am getting quite put-off and annoyed by all these strange requests from people, naively desiring to “meet” or “become” vampires. What’s even more frustrating, is how often “Twilight” is mentioned. That movie must be the furthest from the truth, that I have ever witnessed. There is a worldwide vampire craze, and it’s because of that movie, and shows like True Blood, Vampire Diaries, etc.

“True Vampires” continue to mentioned. Where did the idea of a virus come into play? If these True Vampires exist, and they are the first brood of vampires to have been created thousands of years ago, then they would most likely be fully and completely WHAT THEY ARE: Vampires. NOT ex-humans who were magically infected by a super-selective virus that went after them back then.

So, how could a being that is technically a humanoid demon with human-like intelligence and a diet consisting purely of mammalian blood, transfer its affliction to humans?

I don’t mean to split any hairs, but it would be impossible for a foreign body (virus, prion, whatever) to change a person’s DNA, real-time, and actually affect physical change - particularly like the sharpening of teeth, modifying the digestive system.

Science will tell you that blood cannot simply enter your bloodstream through your stomach wall. It can be assumed that there is no such thing as any creature with a digestive system that allows the whole transfer of an ingested substance directly into its bloodstream.

I have often wondered what the rationale behind most vampire stories must be: specifically, how the vampire ingests the blood into their own circulatory system, instead of it being broken down.

Here’s what I think: Assuming the transfer of vampiric blood to an almost-fully-drained human, through their mouth, works in the same manner that the vampire draws the blood into its body. The Vampire is supernatural, and infused with some kind of spiritual energy from who-knows-where. This is what animates them; what keeps their brains functioning. The spiritual energy crosses a barrier somehow, reaching through its realm, into our reality, and physically infusing itself into the vampire’s blood. So, it can be postulated that when a vampire drinks human blood, it courses down their esophagus, into their stomach, where the spiritual mechanism (whatever it is) draws the LIFE-FORCE from it, and infuses the tissues of the vampires body with said life-force. Since the blood IS the life-force, then it’s the blood that is being energetically drawn from the stomach and pushed magically into all it’s tissues.

So, the vampires blood is now infused with this spiritual energy. Now, when the vampire decides to offer his/her blood to a human who is almost dead/almost drained, the human drinks it in the same manner, and the spiritual infusion process begins in the human. The change here is that the person is still alive, and has their own life-force coursing through their veins, so the vampiric blood, being stronger in energy, takes it all over, mixes with it, and pushes itself into the humans tissues, affecting transformation.

Think of it as Supernatural Osmosis of Blood.

So, this would explain why vampires of myth can pull off superhuman stunts, like vanishing, or drifting through the air, or appearing suddenly. If the being’s entire body is infused with the spiritual force, then that force has control over it all, and could manipulate it however it “wants”. So, it would seem to me that being a vampire, assuming supernatural origin, would be a rather scary situation. Where does this energy come from? Whose is it? Could it be revoked at any time by the owner? (God, Satan, Demons, whoever)

Another question: Vampires of myth and legend have been known to be rather brutal, manipulative, and seemingly uncaring about their human brethren. How could this happen, all of a sudden? Why would I die (in transformation) and wake up HATING everyone? Wanting to kill them? The blood is addictive, yes, and calls to a vampire more strongly than any drug you and I could imagine. Though - we never hear of a vampire having any meaningful dialogue with people (in the real-life stories).

If I woke up as a vampire, and felt a burning thirst, of course I’d find some animals to drink from. After having enough to have control over myself, I would definitely seek answers. At some point, I would speak to someone I knew, without giving away the fact of what I had become. Why don’t we ever hear of this?

Theory: the spiritual energy that infuses a vampire is NOT of a positive, benevolent nature. It is predatory and quite evil, it seems: even if the infused person is NOT “evil”. So, they are tormented, torn between the evil pull of the life-force inhabiting their bodies, and their feelings/intentions towards the world. Perhaps the reason so many stories involve the aspect of “evil” or brutality towards living people, is because perhaps some newly formed vampires are emotionally/spiritually weak, and they give in to the predatory pull of their new vampiric blood. These are the ones we may assume will become tyrannical monsters, eating whoever they want.

I wonder about all this. I must have answers.

The Demon Invader

About 7 years ago when I was 18 my friends and I had a party at their house, we had a very wild night talking about ghosts.(I didn't believe in Ghosts at the time). So after getting stoned and drunk (bad mix let me tell you!) I was gonna puke so I ran to the bathroom and I saw a thing (unfortunately I cant describe to you what I saw that night because I was stoned) and I stopped and puked on the floor. My friends mum told me to go home and get some rest,so I did.

When I was asleep I was having a horribly nightmare, in my nightmare I saw this monster thing laughing at me it was all firey, when I was gonna get killed in my dream I woke up with beads of sweat running down my face. So I fell asleep and woke up in the morning and had breakfast, that day I was rapidly attacked by something being hit and scratched and bitten. I saw things and they would talk to me through my mind, and I had very small sleep.

Luckily for me I went to someone and they told me that this demon or evil spirit had followed me from my friends house, she knew I was on drugs and said to stop. I read on this site how to get rid of demons and I asked a priest to cleanse my house and he did. It was an immediate change my house felt more welcoming.

Thank you.

Vampires Keeping Away From Public Eye

Everybody, did you ever stop to think maybe vampires are keeping away from the public eye for a reason, I'm not going to pretend to know what that reason is but maybe but I'm sure you could all think of a few. People saying how come they never reveal themselves etc. I just believe that if I were a real vampire, psychic or blood drinker, it would not be something I would talk about so casually. I do martial arts, but I don't walk around saying I'm a fighter I'm a fighter, it’s just my way of life, something I do, you know.

For those claiming to be vampires here. Who would know if they are telling the truth or if they’re just kids? To me email and texting (although fast and useful ) is a very impersonal way of communicating. You could come up on here and say I'm a vampire I'm a vampire all day and no one would ever know the truth.

But you know what they say, it’s good to talk, but I cannot get so aggravated from people claiming to be something they only understand from Hollywood movies and books (which is not a great source of information in my opinion) nor can I belittle them in anyway, it’s quite simple to catch people out through kind words.

So in conclusion. I also want to say to believers and non believers out there, that vampires you see from Hollywood movies etc are for entertainment purposes only. Vampires in reality are nothing like them, as I've experienced so far anyway. But when a movie is made based on real life it’s always shown as being glorious, which is understandable for entertainment. I had a friend that watched a war movie or played call of duty I forget but anyway he now wants to join the army. Anyone who’s played call of duty will know they never wish to experience war. Anyway before I deviate from the subject, thanks for reading.

Making Sense and Sensibility Totally Ridiculous

Jane is my Co-Pilot: The Fine Art of Making Sense and Sensibility Totally Ridiculous
By Ben H. Winters

Since writing Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters, I've gotten a ton of feedback about how nice it is that I've made Jane Austen appealing to certain readers -- meaning readers who previously suffered a persistent allergy to The Classics. I am complimented for taking the prim and decorous Jane Austen and making her, A) really violent, and B) really funny.
The first compliment I will gladly accept. Over the decades since Sense and Sensibility first appeared, it has been noted by scholars and casual readers alike that the book is sorely lacking in shipwrecks, shark attacks, and vividly described decapitations. I believe it was the poet and critic Thomas Chatterton who admired the novel's careful plotting and social critique, but lamented the total absence of vengeful ghost pirates.

But I can't take credit for making Jane Austen funny. As is well known by passionate fans of Austen -- I have yet to meet any other kind -- the old girl has always been funny. Take for example Mr. and Mrs. Palmer, a set of secondary characters in Sense and Sensibility. The periodic appearances of the Palmers comprise what any comedy writer will recognize as a running gag. Mrs. Palmer is chatty and trivial, while Mr. Palmer (a delightful Hugh Laurie in the Ang Lee version) is gruff and unaffectionate. What Mrs. Palmer labels "droll," the reader -- along with Elinor, our sensible heroine -- recognizes as plain distaste for his wife, her friends, and everybody else in the universe. Every time those Palmers show up, we know we're in for the next variation on the same great gag.

Note that Austen doesn't do to the Palmers what Charles Dickens would: Exaggerate their core traits to the point of absurdity. (Also, she doesn't name them something like Mr. and Mrs. Featherwit). The Palmers are funny, but they're plausible, and their primary function in the book is to provide not laughs, but a corrective to Marianne's rosy ideal of married life. So Austen makes them funny, but not ridiculous.

Making them ridiculous was my job. When the Palmers appear in my monsterfied Sensibility, I give Mr. Palmer's drollery a murky, weird-tales back story, part of the preposterously elaborate foreshadowing of my H.P. Lovecraft-inspired denouement.

I play the same game, of comically amplifying what's already there, in varying ways throughout the book. Colonel Brandon, stiff and formal and middle-aged, becomes a stiff and formal and middle-aged man-monster. Genial Sir John becomes genial adventurer/explorer Sir John. Had Austen made all her characters ridiculous in that Dickensian way, if she had been the kind of writer who is forever winking at her readers, my book would be (as they say in improv comedy) a hat on a hat. But because Sense and Sensibility is so eloquent and restrained, Sea Monsters gets to go way over the top.

This is true even on the simple level of vocabulary. Austen's precise early-19th century diction is the textual equivalent of Eustace Tilly, the top-hatted, monocled figure from the cover of the New Yorker: Her writing simply oozes good taste. The trick was to appropriate that ever-so-tasteful and old-timey Austenian style to describe things she never would have:

In the profound silence that followed, their ears were filled with a low thrashing sound, as the corpse of the bosun's mate was noisily consumed by devil fish. At length the captain drew upon his pipe, and spoke again. "Let us only pray that this is the worst such abomination you encounter in this benighted land; for such is but a minnow, when compared to the Devonshire Fang-Beast."

"The . . . what?"

Even more fun to play with than Austen's eloquent vocabulary is her universe of enforced emotional rectitude. The Dashwood sisters live in a world where one's feelings are not blurted out -- or, at least, they're not meant to be, as sensible Elinor is continually reminding sensitive Marianne. It's a constant struggle to keep one's emotions hidden beneath the surface; all I did was literalize that metaphor in the most preposterous way, by adding deadly and dangerous monsters which appear literally from beneath the surface.

There was one factor above all that made Sense and Sensibility such a fun comic foil, and that is the place the book holds in the cultural firmament. One question I've heard a lot (or read a lot, as it's the sort of thing that comes up on blog comment-threads), is "Why didn't you do Persuasion? That's the Austen book that actually takes place on the water!"

The answer is simply that Persuasion, unlike Sense and Sensibility or Pride and Prejudice, may be a great book, but it is not a Great Book. It has not gathered around itself the unmistakable stink of importance.

Sense and Sensibility, on the other hand, stands in the literary tradition as Margaret Dumont stands before Groucho Marx, as the Chairman of the Reception Committee in Duck Soup: Prim and proper and radiating worthiness -- just waiting, in other words, for someone to hit it with a pie.

Vampires and Retractable Fangs

All I would like to say is whether one is a True Vampire or a Half-breed… there isn’t such a thing as retractable fangs… impossible!

Although many pictures or cave dwellings that exist or have existed may depict elongated fangs… they are what they are… depictions. For those that have blatantly declared their Vampirism… foolish don’t you think? Why would you expose yourself to the world? I do not believe that Raven is whom he claims to be nor the other gentleman on this site! Wannabees! I will not debate this… for I do not need to gentleman. I am stating my opinion in these cases.

This will be my only post on this subject. Most of the hype encompassing Vampires is not true. Do I believe in Vampires? I do. No such thing as retractable fangs, and garlic? Well it stinks and it is lore. In the times that garlic was posted to the windows and doors of homes it was due to mere superstition.

Dear friends, all I am trying to convey to you is if you believe then believe, if you do not then don’t! Any Vampire worth their salt knows that you never out yourself or the others… it is against Vampiric Law!

By the way, since there aren’t retractable fangs perhaps the partaking of blood was merely caused by a sharp fingernail or object?

Vampires are also not the undead, no such thing, the smell would be terrible wouldn’t you agree? Perhaps, Vampires age much slower and maybe exist for a longer duration than most people.

The feast of ones soul (blood) is not to be in excess! It is to be relished. For it is impossible to digest, whether you are a True Vampire, Half-breed or Human. Just enough to sustain ones thirst for such a delicacy. One Vampire can not “turn” a human into a Vampire nor turn into a bat…so funny to me. Alas, one may become a Vampire by mere persuasion… and need to sustain an urge to taste the life-force of ones soul.

I Would love to inform all of you more on this website… but I am bound. I will say this… believe!

Vampires Amongst Us

Our culture delights in tales of the Vampire; that suave, powerful creature that preys on the blood of mere mortals for its sustenance. But no one has ever dragged a blood drinking, immortal "Count Dracula" wanna-be into the light for proof so this creature continues to thrive in myth and storytelling. But behind all good tales there lies a grain or two of truth and herein we expose the vampires amongst us.

First let us dispel the classic form. Through misunderstanding of disease and only recently studied aspects of the physics of decomposition have scientists been able to adequately explain the cause of some of these myths. There are conditions of humidity, airtightness and makeup of human bodies that have been shown to slow down and sometimes even suspend the decomposition process. However, when these preserved bodies are exhumed; brought into the sunlight as it were, the reintroduction of fresh air has disrupted that balance and the decay sets in, sometimes at accelerated speeds.

The pathology of comas are even now not entirely understood but sometimes research doctors have studied people who's life signs have dropped so low that it requires advanced technological devices to see that they ARE still corporeal. So it is no wonder that people in the past would be horrified when someone "dead" would suddenly rise up again.

Since the first recorded instances of vampires; coming from the Sumerians who five thousand years ago wrote of the "ekimmu" the "evil gust of wind" that drains the life force, people have tried to determine what comprises vampirism. Today, research has shown that there is truly a vampiric force at work in the world. Any scientist will tell you that all life is comprised of energy and it is this energy that is the target of transference by what has come to be known as the "psychic vampire".

No, the psychic vampire is not a demonic revenant; it is a much more frightening phenomena in that they are living, mortal humans. They are the individuals who's life force, the "pranic energy" which emanates from all living things, has gotten out of balance or has been depleted.

Under normal circumstances, we each create and use this energy to propel us through our lives. It is usually a balanced flow from creating it with the energy absorbed from food and air and used through the muscle and mental activities we perform. There is a normal fluctuation in the energy flow. When fatigue toxins build up in our bodies we feel "tired". After a rest, so these toxins can be removed by the blood, we will feel "refreshed".

The psychic vampire is a person in whom this flow is perpetually imbalanced and therefore they boost their own levels by contact with other people and "absorb" that energy for themselves. You will most likely recognize the signs of psychic vampires. They are the individuals who need constant attention, sympathy, or reaffirmation of their worth. They are the often belligerent people we meet who demand they be noticed and obeyed; the ones who waste our time being made to give them our attention or else.

To their credit, this phenomena is not usually a conscious process. They feel weak and run down and for some reason talking to or being around other people makes them feel better, for a while. Without realizing it, they create a psychic vortex around themselves that draws life energy towards them. Meanwhile, those who have been in balance find themselves increasingly "drained" of energy and can find themselves "exhausted" after dealing with these people.

The main defense against this type of parasitic attachment is to recognize the symptoms and try to avoid these people. Keep a clear mental shield up in your thoughts that they cannot absorb you and make sure to hang up the phone when you are through, no matter how hard they try to keep you on the line and sucking you dry.

Are Vampires Real or am I Crazy?

In 1987 in September in Saskatoon Sask I went looking for my 11 yr old son Matthew and my 5 year old grandson Q, and their friend Chris also 11. I had been just sitting in my bedroom listening to bluegrass music alone when  at about 6 pm I had the urge to get the boys, something was wrong. I got my 50 lb terrier, brown and white dog, on a lead and looked around outside.

I went to Victoria Park just a block away. I had told the boys to stay away from the river. As me and the dog crested the hill in the park towards the river there were the boys, playing around, with a couple who looked strange. Both were Indian people; a man of about 30 and a girl of about 17 and both looked very pale even for Indians. The girl was skinny with waist long black hair, she looked like a street person, the man wasn't as thin but he also looked like a street person. The girl wore tight jeans and a t-shirt of white, the man shirt and pants and shoes, the girl had shoes on.

As I came upon the group Jenny, the two year old dog's, hair stood up and she looked scared and did not want to go near the group. Usually Jenny just loved Matt. As I watched I saw the girl bending over my son like she was trying to kiss his neck. I flipped out and yelled at her, 'get away from my son pervert... before I call the cops'. Her and the guy left. It was a cloudy day and the sun was starting to set.

I got the boys home, fed them, they got there bath, and went to bed by 10pm. I went to listen to music. At around midnight I went to check on the boys. The bedroom window was open and all three were gone. They had gotten on to the back roof by the window, got on the small shed roof and got down to the ground, I was mad as hell... so I went outside and listened for the boys. Sure enough I heard  them laughing from the park. I broke off a switch from a bush, I was going to tan a few hides.

I took my two dogs with me to the park, Jenny and a small poodle cross kibbles a black little 5 lb dog, neither on a lead. I again found the boys in the park again the Indian girl was trying to kiss Matt's neck. I ran her off and told the boys to get home. They ran up the hill. The dogs took one look at the girl and fled in terror with their tails between their legs. I was yelling at that girl calling her a pervert etc. under a street light in the park. She kept backing away from me. Then she rose up in the air about 12 or 14 feet. A fog was around her a bit,she glared at me and hissed. That's when I said, 'you're not a pervert you're a vampire,' I was so mad I said you come back here I will stake you myself. She hissed and covered her eyes. Her fangs were like a large house cat's. She just glared down at me hissed and vanished into the night. I never saw her again.

My son doesn't realize to this day I saved his life. He doesn't believe in ghosts etc. and today he is very well known here at his job. I couldn't figure out what protected me in 1983. I got so depressed I tried to cut my wrists. Jesus himself came to me to stop me and he left a blessing on me in the shape of a light in the form of a cross, only evil can see. A few mediums have commented on it. I cant see it but I was told this after the 1987 vampire happening.

I have not related this story to any one... but after a person sees the evil they're never the same. The boys never saw the girl go up in the air they were running home.

Not Your Typical Vampire

I believe Vampires are as much different from each other as you are from I. Vampires are perceived by many (me included) to drink blood in order to survive, and that maybe a similarity in which all Vampires share just like how you and I must eat and drink. But think about if it wasn't just blood they craved?

About 3 years ago in Fresno, California, I was attending a funeral with my father and brother and in our culture, it lasts 3 days.  It is said in our culture that the body has 3 spirits that when you die, one stays behind at the spot where you died, one ascends to the gods to be judged, and the final one guards the body at all times.

On the first day of the funeral the spirit is said to roam the funeral home, drawing out its boundaries, securing the body from spiritual and physical harm. It is said that the second day is when the spirit is allowed to freely roam the world, away from the body if it so chooses. This day was the night my brother and I saw what we came to conclude as a Vampire.

My brother and I sat a fair distance from the coffin, able to see the weeping families standing over the coffin.  When the families stepped away from the coffin to sit, a  man no different from anyone else in the room stood and approached the coffin. At first it seemed as though the man was showing his share of sorrow placing his hands on the coffin and looking straight down at the body. Moments later, however, he started to fidget with the body almost as if to take something from it. My brother and I noticed his awkward movements but weren't sure if it was something preplanned so we sat and watched. A funeral attendant happened to see the man and called for him to stop. Several people ran towards the individual which at that point turned to hiss at the rest of us with two small fang-like teeth. He quickly turned towards an exit door and fled leaving nothing behind but the small amount of blood-stains on the door.

Never had I ever seen anything like that before and, to this day my brother and I both, still debate among ourselves whether or not it was reality or just something our minds created in light of the situation.

In addition, we both spoke to many elders about this incident in which we received information regarding Vampires that attend funerals in order to steal the hearts of the recently deceased. Interestingly it would seem that the Vampire struck on the day in which the spirit who guards the body leaves it.

The Girl in White

He was sulking a little, standing at the sidelines while all the other men danced with their pretty partners. His girl had not come to the dance that night. Her mother was ill, and so his girl had remained at her side. A fine pious act, he thought sourly, but it left him at loose ends.

His friend, Ernesto, came up to him between sets with a cold drink and some words of encouragement. "After all, Anita is not the only girl in the world," Ernesto said. "There are many pretty girls here tonight. Dance with one of them."

Bolstered by his friend's words, he started looking around the dance hall. His eye fell upon a beautiful young girl standing wistfully at the edge of the floor beside the door to the terrace. She was dressed in an old-fashioned white gown and her skin was pale as the moon. Her dark eyes watched the dance hungrily from her position behind a tall fern, and he felt his heart beat faster. Such a lovely woman should be dancing!

He made his way through the bustling crowd and bowed to the girl in white. She looked startled by his addresses, as if she had not expected anyone to notice her that night. But she readily assented to dance with him, and he proudly led her out onto the floor for the next set, all thoughts of Anita gone from his mind.

Ernesto and some of his other friends gave him odd looks as he danced with the girl in white. A few times, the man opposite them bumped right into them as if he had not seen his partner at all. He was furious and wanted to stop the dance and make the man apologize to the girl in white, but she just laughed and hushed him.

When the dance was over, he hurried to get his fair partner a drink. Ernesto approached him at the refreshment table. "When I told you to dance, I meant with a partner," his friend teased him.
"I was dancing with a partner," he replied, irritated by his friends remark. "The loveliest girl in all of Mexico!" "You've had too much to drink, my friend," Ernesto replied. "You were dancing by yourself out there!" He glared at his friend and turned away without answering him. Making his way back to the girl in white, he handed her a glass and asked her to stroll with him along the terrace. The night was beautiful, the sky full of stars, and he stared at the girl in white with his heart in his eyes as they stood looking out over the beautiful scene.

The girl in white turned to him with a sigh and said: "Thank you for the dance, Senor. It has been a very long time since I had such pleasure." "Let us dance again, then," he said infatuatedly. But she shook her head. "I must leave now," she said, catching up her skirts with one hand and drifting toward the stairs at the side of the terrace. "Please don't go," he pleaded, following her. "I must," she said, turning to look at him. Her eyes softened when she saw the look on his face. "Come with me?" she invited, holding out a pale hand.

His heart pounded rapidly at the thought. More than anything in the world, he wanted to go with this lovely girl. And then his mind registered the fact that he could see the stone wall of the terrace through the girl's hand. His desire melted away before the shock of that realization. He looked into her face again, and realized that she was fading away before his eyes. At the look of horror on his face, the girl gave a sad laugh and dropped her hand, which was nearly transparent now. "Goodbye," she said, her body becoming thin and misty. "Goodbye." Then she was gone.
He gave a shout of terror when he realized he had been dancing with a ghost. He bolted from the premises, leaving his horse behind, and ran all the way home.

When Ernesto came the next day to bring him his horse, he told his friend the whole story. Ernesto whistled in awe. "You saw the spirit of Consuela, my friend," he said. "She was the daughter of one of the local aristocracy who lived in this region more than a hundred years ago. She died of consumption the night before her first ball and they say her spirit sometimes attends the local dances, hoping to claim one of the dances that she missed."

He shuddered at the thought of his dance with the ghost. "I will not be visiting that dance hall again," he told Ernesto. "From now on, all my dances will be with Anita!"
And he kept his word.
